• Significant experience managing complex projects, operations, or production workflows.
• Proven success leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong understanding of timelines, budgets, vendors, quality standards.
• Ability to implement scalable operational systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• High initiative, accountability, judgment and attention to detail.
• Interest in conservative politics and mission-driven work.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers responsible for complex, deadline-driven programs.
• Evaluate and improve operational systems, workflows, quality-control procedures, and internal processes.
• Coordinate production schedules, budgets, vendors, deliverables, and cross-functional priorities.
• Develop KPIs covering project throughput, cycle times, quality, forecasting, capacity, and vendor performance.
• Identify operational risks and resolve potential problems before they affect clients or deadlines.
• Improve communication and accountability across creative, data, accounting, production, and account teams.
• Evaluate new technologies, AI integrations, vendor relationships, and workflow improvements.
• Establish scalable systems that support continued organizational growth.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on operational strategy and business challenges.
• Build a culture of ownership, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
