Job summary

McAfee seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the technical strategy for Authentication, Product Catalog and Digital Order Management across web, mobile and OEM channels. You will architect a Single View of the Customer, secure identity, and instant entitlement activation for subscriptions.

This hybrid role is based in Frisco, TX or New York, NY, with regular in-office collaboration and home-office work when not on-site.

Qualifications

10+ years leading Product Management Teams.
Experience with Subscription/Billing platforms.
Proven track record in ecommerce solutions.
Strategic product architect with a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

Own identity strategy and authentication roadmap for web, mobile, and OEM channels.
Lead Digital Order Management and centralized catalog decisions.
Own entitlement logic and instant activations across platforms.
Define a scalable Universal Product Catalog and partner integrations.
Provide technical leadership with AWS-based microservices and architecture.
Drive customer-centric front-end experiences and measure KPIs.
Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.
Translate multi-year vision into aligned roadmaps for engineering and leadership.
Collaborate across product, engineering, legal, analytics and finance.
