Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the strategic and technical direction for Authentication, Product Catalog, and Digital Order Management within its eCommerce ecosystem. You will own the Single View of the Customer and ensure secure identities and instant entitlement activation across Web, Mobile, and OEM channels.

This hybrid role is based in Frisco, TX or New York, NY, with regular on-site collaboration and remote work when not in the office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading product management teams.
• Experience with Subscription and Billing platforms.
• Experience in Ecommerce solutions.
• Strategic product architect with a CS background.
• Omni-channel experience across Web, Mobile, partners.
• AWS familiarity to build scalable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Identity Roadmap for Authentication and Authorization.
• Lead Digital Order Management system and source of truth.
• Own Entitlement Engine logic for access controls.
• Architect a centralized Universal Product Catalog.
• Lead Mobile Store, Partner strategy integrations (Apple/Google).
• Collaborate with Engineering on AWS microservices architecture.
• Measure customer experiences and KPIs for retention/ARPU.
• Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across orgs.
• Represent domain in leadership forums with data-driven insights.
