Job summary

HSI is seeking a Product Manager to lead AI-powered strategy across our SaaS platform. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams, and translate customer needs into impactful features.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS product management, strong discovery skills, and comfort with AI tools to accelerate learning and decision-making. This is a fully remote role within the United States, with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

• 5+ years of Product Management in SaaS.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Experience partnering with software engineering on delivery.
• Strong customer discovery and requirement gathering.
• Ability translate feedback into product decisions.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Active user of AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered product initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-facing solutions.
• Conduct customer research and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Lead products through the full lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and iteration.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement through data, customer insights, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to design and deliver AI-enabled features, workflows, and user experiences.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create business and customer value through AI.
• Use AI tools to enhance product research, documentation, analysis, prototyping, and execution.
