Job summary

ID Dataweb is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and grow the PM function, partnering with the COO and executive team on strategy and roadmap. You will translate strategy into disciplined execution across the platform, data & analytics, AI, integrations, and admin console.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years directly managing Product Managers.
• Track record of owning product strategy across multiple interdependent roadmaps or teams.
• Strong people leadership including hiring, coaching, performance management, and developing Product Managers.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels, including executive communication and tradeoffs.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with a platform including third‑party integrations, data/analytics, or admin/config capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting strategy and roadmaps to executives.
• Experience building or scaling a Product Management organization from a small team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team on overall product strategy and roadmap direction, aligning platform, customers, and market needs.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized, executable roadmap across core platform, integrations, data/analytics, AI/ML, and admin console.
• Resolve cross-roadmap tradeoffs and dependencies to keep the portfolio moving as one platform.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Product Management team, including senior PMs for Platform/Third-Party Integrations, Data/Analytics & AI, and admin console.
• Set clear goals, provide feedback, and develop product management capabilities across the team.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management as the organization grows.
