Job summary

Lone Wolf is seeking a Director of Product Operations to build and run the operating system for the Product org, enabling leaders to focus on customer outcomes. You will modernize how Product works, drive AI adoption, and become the trusted source of product data and insight.

You will own the SDLC, cadence, tools, and analytics, partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product operations or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building or rebuilding a product ops function.
• Fluency with AI tools and data-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics, signals, and cross-functional reporting.
• Lead AI adoption across the Product team and drive efficiency gains.
• Manage SDLC governance, planning cadence, and capacity visibility.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for go-to-market readiness.
• Own product tooling, data hygiene, and playbooks across lines.
