Job summary

Lone Wolf Technologies is seeking a Director, Product Operations to build and run the operating system for the Product organization—the process, tooling, data, and communication enabling our Product leaders to focus on customer experiences and outcomes.

This role is hands-on from day one, modernizing how Product works and leading AI adoption across the team, becoming the trusted source of product data and insight for the company.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in product operations, product management, or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building or rebuilding a product operations function in a growing SaaS business.
• Fluency with AI tools and ability to design AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong data skills: SaaS metrics, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Product's portion of the SDLC from discovery to launch readiness, partnering with Engineering for clean handoffs and capacity.
• Lead internal AI adoption across the Product team, designing workflows and measuring productivity gains.
• Facilitate product operating rhythm including planning cycles, goals, and Product Line Reviews data.
• Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market readiness, launch plans and roadmap communications.
• Coordinate with Operations to enable the Enablement team with product knowledge and release information.
• Ensure feedback from customers, support, and sales reaches Product leaders to inform prioritization.
• Own product analytics including usage, adoption, retention, and health, and deliver insights across departments.
• Own the Product tool stack, data hygiene, and playbooks, automating reporting.
