Lone Wolf is seeking a Senior Director, Product - Transact to own the Transact product line, driving strategy, commercial results, and customer experience. Qualifikationen

• 5+ yrs in product management leadership for B2B or vertical SaaS
• Proven ownership of a product line's commercial results (P&L, bookings, retention)
• Real estate tech, transaction management, or document/workflow software experience preferred
• Track record of modernizing products and migrating customers off legacy platforms while preserving retention
• Hands-on AI/automation in production workflows with measurable adoption
• Excellent communication and executive presence to align cross-functional teams around strategy

• Own the Transact P&L including revenue, bookings, retention and margin with monthly reviews
• Define and defend an outcome-based strategy and roadmap aligned to financial goals
• Embed AI to automate transaction workflows and reduce manual steps
• Partner with peer Product leaders to ensure seamless handoffs across product lines
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers who act as owners and innovators
• Maintain awareness of competitors and win/loss dynamics; provide battle cards for Sales/Marketing
• Own key customer and partner relationships and turn feedback into prioritized actions
