Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Director of Product to architect the strategy and execution of its unified transactional portfolio, aiming to build a $1B+ business. You will lead the OLTP product vision, coordinate across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations, and scale a differentiated product to market.

You will unify transactional data with analytical data on a single, open, governed platform and connect it to the Snowflake AI product portfolio, enabling Cortex, Apps, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 0-to-1-to-100 product motions.
• Experience scaling OLTP platforms (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle).
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Eng, Marketing, Sales.
• Ability to define product vision and drive measurable outcomes at scale.
• Experience with AI ecosystems or Cortex/Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-defining evolution of OLTP product and strategy.
• Develop a product vision focused on differentiated OLTP offering.
• Build cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations.
• Integrate transactional offering into Snowflake's AI portfolio.
• Develop and execute partnerships to position Snowflake OLTP as preferred database.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product team.
