Honeywell Aerospace seeks a results-driven Director of Product Management to lead the Defense Assure Actuation Systems—a foundational platform enabling development, qualification, and deployment of next‑generation flight control.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own the platform vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption plan, guiding investments, resources, and go‑to‑market across US defense customers while meeting regulatory requirements.

• 8+ years of product management and platform leadership in equivalent control systems environments.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success developing product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for complex technology products.
• Strong business acumen, including investment planning, business cases, and portfolio management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, program management, finance, and certification organizations.
• Experience in aircraft wheels and braking systems or carbon‑carbon composite technologies is valued.
