Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager for Aerospace Defense and Space to lead defense munition programs, aligning with customer requirements and strategic goals. You will manage cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery within budget, while upholding defense standards and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes PMP/CAPM certification pathways, risk management, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on national security impact and integration across CBTs/GBE.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Strong knowledge of munition program requirements, compliance and standards.
• Experience developing and managing complex program plans (scheduling, budgeting, resources).
• Experience with risk management in aerospace/defense projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies for defense/aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Lead defense munition programs ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and implement program plans including scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve issues.
• Monitor program performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage resource estimates and budgets within approved constraints.
• Coordinate with CBTs and GBE to support applications on schedule and cost.
