Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Director of Product to own tech enablement for Client Services and Operations, driving operational excellence across how we deliver for clients. You will lead three flagship products: client workflow orchestration and automation, AI-powered anomaly detection, and the client portal with real-time visibility into data, status, and SLAs.

You will prototype with AI, write PRDs, build workflows, and ship features in partnership with CS/OPS teams and the AI Architect.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management.
• AI prototypes and specs that read like blueprints.
• AI-native: fluent in gen AI (LLMs, agents, RAG, evals).
• Experience building internal tools or B2B operations software.
• Track record delivering automation and workflow consolidation.
• Experience shipping customer-facing portals or self-service products.
• Strong technical background and ability to read complex data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own three flagship products and drive operational excellence across CS & OPS.
• Define metrics (cycle time, quality, SLA, automation coverage) and instrument platform in real time.
• Translate operational pain into product strategy and roadmap across auth, data, and AI components.
