Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Director of Product to own tech enablement for Client Services and Operations. You will lead AI-driven transformations across client workflow orchestration, anomaly detection, and the client portal, delivering real-time visibility, SLA metrics, and improved cycle times.

You will prototype, write specs, build mockups, and ship workflows closely with CS, Ops, and the AI Architect. This is a high-impact, builder role with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in product management.
• Proven ability to prototype AI-driven features.
• Experience shipping internal tools and B2B portals.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience leading PM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own three flagship products and define the operational excellence metrics.
• Partner with CS & Ops leaders and the AI Architect to deliver AI-driven workflows.
• Drive real-time visibility for clients through portals and dashboards.
• Measure impact and iterate on product strategy with data.
