Job summary

CData Software, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Operations to build and evolve the Product organization’s operating system.

Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, this leader will drive governance, visibility, and scalable execution across Product, Engineering, UX, and other teams. The role focuses on transforming CData into an AI-native product organization, modernizing delivery practices, and implementing intelligent tooling to support continuous improvement and delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations, TPM, Delivery Management, or similar leadership in SaaS/tech.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Design, and execs.
• Proven track record designing/improving software delivery operating models.
• Strong understanding of modern product development lifecycles.
• Experience driving organizational change with scalable processes.
• Experience leading AI-enabled workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Product org operating model for scalable delivery.
• Establish standardized planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
• Lead organization-wide delivery governance and executive reviews.
• Align Product leadership with governance and execution strategy.
• Monitor delivery health and identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and shared ownership.
