Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in life sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in clinical or drug development within biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management and/or clinical monitoring/start-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify key areas for improvement in operational practices and develop improvement plans.
• Lead initiative management and process optimization to drive excellence in the P&SM function.
