Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting/Finance or Healthcare Management.
• Experience leading Process Improvement teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Process Improvement team to drive transformative changes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities and allocate resources.
• Design, plan, and implement Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, and related methods.
• Oversee change management including financial, operational, and HR considerations.
• Ensure successful implementation of radical technology, processes and people changes.
