Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Director of Process Improvement & Operational Excellence to lead cross-functional transformation in a Medicare Advantage environment. You will identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement scalable solutions with a focus on member and provider experiences.

You will build a high-performing team, develop KPIs and dashboards, and partner with leaders to drive adoption of new operating models.

Qualifications

Seven years of progressive leadership in provider operations or related healthcare roles.
Five years leading large cross-functional transformation initiatives in healthcare.
Experience with business cases, roadmaps, KPIs, and executive presentations.
Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar continuous improvement methods.
Knowledge of value-based care and provider performance frameworks.
Experience implementing technology platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks across the organization.
Lead current-state and future-state process redesign to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for transformation initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and drive adoption of new operating models.
Build and mentor a high-performing team delivering transformation delivery.
Ensure initiatives achieve defined business outcomes.
