Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years of work-related experience including two years in a supervisory role.
• Official transcripts are required.
• Black Belt certification required.
• Must have a valid driver's license to travel off site.
• Work hours may extend beyond the regular workday, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and student outcomes.
• Redesign and optimize processes to align with institutional goals and student success.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, Kaizen) and data analysis to develop sustainable solutions.
• Develop and track operational KPIs and governance frameworks to sustain benefits over time.
• Coach and mentor staff in Lean Six Sigma principles and problem-solving techniques.
