Responsibilities

Leads enterprise-wide process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Partners with leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
Applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign and optimize business processes.
Develops and tracks operational performance metrics (KPIs) and governance frameworks.
Coaches, mentors, and develops staff in Lean Six Sigma principles and problem-solving.
