Job summary

The Haskell Company seeks a Director of Process Engineering to lead the Process Engineering group of about 90 professionals. The role focuses on project delivery for the Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine, and Spirits industries, including notable facilities like Gallo Production Facility and Bently Heritage Distillery.

You will guide concept design, detailed design, construction support, and project management, ensure design standards, mentor staff, engage with clients, and drive quality and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 15+ years in process engineering with design-build and construction experience.
• PE license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Process Engineering group.
• Deliver well-organized engineering designs and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams.
• Develop design standards and improve processes.
