Job summary

Danone North America seeks an accomplished engineering leader to manage capital projects up to $50M across multiple factory sites. You will lead a national team of engineers, interface with operations, finance, QA, and vendor partners, and drive projects from design through startup.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 10+ years in engineering project management, with beverage/CPG experience preferred. Hybrid work and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years in engineering project management with beverage/CPG experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process controls, P&IDs and safety standards (PSM).

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects up to $50M across multiple factory sites.
• Manage and mentor a team of up to 6 engineers nationwide.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, QA, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
• Oversee design-build firms and contractors through full project life cycle.
• Develop budgets, cash flow, and CARs; manage RFQ/RFP processes.
