Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Director of Process Engineering to lead a 90-member Process Engineering group working on projects in the Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine, and Spirits sectors. The role combines technical leadership with client coordination and project delivery excellence.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in process engineering, a PE license preferred, and strong skills in design, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The position offers hybrid work and a path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 15+ years of process engineering experience.
• PE license strongly preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; BIM, REVIT and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project delivery for process engineering scope.
• Oversee plant surveys, site support, and commissioning.
• Develop design concepts, calculations, and system specifications.
• Coach and mentor discipline staff and enforce quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure design alignment.
