Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a senior engineer to lead projects from FEL/FEED through Detailed Design and into Construction Support across Food and Beverage, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Utilities. You will be a key team member delivering an integrated, functioning facility as specified and contracted.

Responsibilities include leading design, field support, project management, and mentoring Design and Project Associates while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is required.
• 10+ years of industry-related experience preferred.
• PE license is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from FEL/FEED through Detailed Design and into Construction Support across multiple industries.
• Produce well-organized, accurate design drawings and ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulations.
• Provide field support through plant surveys, site inspections and field orders; respond to contractor inquiries.
• Manage project planning, scheduling and budgeting; develop pricing and proposals and coordinate outside consultants.
• Mentor and guide Design and Project Associates; develop and update standards and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients and suppliers; lead technical reviews and coordination checks.
• Travel up to 40% annually and ensure timely delivery of project scope.
