Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Director of Process Engineering to lead the Process Engineering group, guiding project delivery across major food, beverage, and distillery projects. You will supervise design teams, mentor staff, and drive technical excellence.

You will develop and implement discipline standards, manage client relations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Travel and leadership responsibilities are expected in this senior role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in process engineering and related design/build contexts.
• PE license strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Process Engineering group of approximately 90 team members.
• Lead design and project delivery within the Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine, and Spirits industries.
• Develop and maintain design standards, procedures, and quality controls.
