Job summary
Pro Mach, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead the process engineering discipline for custom food and beverage processing equipment integrated with automation and control systems.
The role ensures process designs meet customer specifications, food safety and regulatory requirements, while driving standardization and continuous improvement. The manager collaborates with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to deliver
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years in engineering roles within food & beverage or related industries.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management position.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop the process engineering team.
- Own and approve process engineering deliverables and designs.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce labor, cost and standardize designs.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA and sanitary standards and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, Quality and Service teams.
