Job summary

Sanctuary Wealth is seeking a Director, Head of Private Direct Investments to lead and expand its platform across national advisor networks. The role combines institutional investment expertise, investment banking, and business development to build a scalable, advisor-centric private investments program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in private markets, investment banking, capital markets, private equity, private credit, institutional investments, wealth management, or alternative investments.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating, structuring, or executing private investment transactions.
• Strong understanding of multiple private asset classes (PE, credit, real estate, VC, infra).
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision, growth, and execution of Sanctuary’s Private Direct Investments platform.
• Develop annual objectives, growth initiatives, and capital placement goals.
• Oversee investment sourcing, due diligence, and execution across asset classes.
• Partner with leadership to set priorities and platform strategy.
• Manage advisor distribution and capital formation initiatives.
• Own financial performance and reporting for the platform.
