Job summary

Sanctuary Wealth seeks a high‑impact Manager, Investment Solutions to drive adoption and commercial success of its investment offerings across independent firms. You will serve as a trusted advisor to financial advisors, alliance partners, and Home Office teams, shaping strategy, expanding utilization, and influencing performance through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, business development, relationship management, or a client-facing consulting role.
• Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing business outcomes in a consultative environment.
• Expertise in investment products, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategies across traditional and alternative asset classes.
• Demonstrated success driving investment solution adoption, business development initiatives, revenue growth, or measurable outcomes within a complex financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of the independent wealth management ecosystem, including RIAs, broker-dealers, asset managers, custodians, and third-party investment solution providers.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate sophisticated investment discussions, and communicate strategic recommendations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to financial advisors, partner firms, and Sanctuary's solution teams to drive adoption and business results.
• Educate advisors on Home Office and Third-Party solutions, services, and value-added capabilities.
• Drive awareness, utilization, and adoption through proactive outreach and meetings.
• Collaborate with solution leaders to develop targeted adoption strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Present strategic insights and progress to executive stakeholders.
