Job summary

Integrity Wealth, part of Integrity Marketing Group, seeks a Director of Investments to lead our proprietary portfolios and oversee multi-asset solutions. You will drive manager research, product diligence, and governance, while communicating market insights to advisors and clients.

This role requires 10+ years in wealth management and strong leadership with CFA or related designations preferred. A dynamic, strategic thinker will thrive in our growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive investment management experience.
• Experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation, manager research, and risk management.
• Experience with SMA and UMA programs and third-party asset managers.
• Experience communicating investment strategy to advisors and clients.
• Leadership experience managing investment professionals and working with risk committees.
• Deep understanding of capital markets and quantitative analysis.
• FINRA licenses Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 (or 63 and 65).

Responsibilities

• Lead proprietary model portfolios and oversee SMA/UMA capabilities.
• Oversee asset allocation, portfolio construction, and trade execution.
• Source, evaluate, and monitor investment managers and solutions.
• Partner on due diligence and platform implementation.
• Deliver market outlooks, advisor education, and client commentary.
• Enhance investment models and develop new capabilities.
• Co-lead investment and risk committee oversight and governance.
• Oversee model implementation and trading with key relationships.
