Job summary

Sanctuary Wealth Group LLC is seeking a Manager, Investment Solutions to serve as a senior advisor driving adoption of Sanctuary's Home Office and Third-Party investment solutions nationwide. You will consult with financial advisors, strategic partners, and internal teams to increase engagement, utilization, and business results.

The role requires 8+ years in wealth management with deep investment knowledge and executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
8+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, business development, relationship management, or client-facing consulting.
Proven success influencing business outcomes in a consultative environment.
Expertise in investment products, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and strategies.
Experience driving adoption of investment solutions and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to drive adoption and commercial success of Sanctuary's investment solutions.
Educate advisors and partner firms on available solutions and value-added capabilities.
Lead outreach to increase awareness, utilization, and adoption of solutions.
Maintain CRM documentation of relationships, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
