Job summary

Integrity Wealth seeks a Director of Investments to lead its investment philosophy, portfolio strategy and manager research. You will govern disciplined investment decision‑making, scale solutions, and collaborate with platforms, operations, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities include directing asset allocation, overseeing model portfolios, evaluating managers, and delivering timely market insights to advisors and clients. Strong leadership and CFA/Series licensing are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, investment management, business, or a related field required; advanced degree or CFA designation strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive investment management experience in wealth/asset management or related organization.
Experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation, manager research, and model portfolio management.
Experience managing multi-asset portfolios and model-based investment solutions.
Experience with SMA and UMA programs and third-party asset managers.
Strong ability to communicate strategy and market perspectives to advisors and clients.
Leadership experience with investment professionals and committees.
Deep understanding of capital markets, quantitative analysis, risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead proprietary investment models and portfolio strategies such as Retirement Ally and Wealth Solutions.
Oversee SMA/UMA capabilities and partnerships with external managers.
Direct asset allocation, portfolio construction, model changes, and trade execution.
Source, evaluate, monitor investment managers and solutions for performance and fit.
Partner on product due diligence and platform implementation.
Deliver market commentary, advisor education, and client-facing insights.
Enhance investment models and develop new capabilities for advisor/client needs.
Co-lead investment and risk committee oversight and governance matters.
Oversee model implementation and trading for key strategic relationships.
