Job summary

VeeFriends, Inc. is seeking a Director of Inventory Management & Logistics in the New York area to own end-to-end inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment across multiple channels.

This leader will shape the network strategy, partner with 3PLs, and build the digital infrastructure behind our physical inventory while maintaining premium handling for collectibles. The role requires deep experience in IMS/WMS implementations, inventory controls, and multi-channel operations, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years in inventory management, logistics, warehousing, or supply-chain operations.
• Significant experience managing 3PLs and external logistics partners.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting multi-channel business (DTC, wholesale, LiveCommerce).
• Experience designing or evaluating warehouse and fulfillment networks.
• Experience with high-value, serialized, or collectible inventory is a major plus.
• Ownership of IMS/WMS implementations or transformations preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities; able to work with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory management across product and collectibles portfolio.
• Build and maintain a reliable view of inventory across warehouses, vaults, and channels.
• Develop processes for receiving, storage, transfers, allocation, cycle counting, reconciliation, and accuracy.
• Lead warehousing and fulfillment network strategy including 3PL, vault, and live channels.
• Manage logistics partners, SLAs, performance, and economics.
• Drive cost efficiency, scalability, and service improvements.
• Build scalable premium kitting and complex product assembly processes.
• Collaborate with Tech to develop IMS/WMS requirements and integrations.
• Establish dashboards and KPIs for inventory, fulfillment, and operations.
