Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Beverage Manager for Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN. You will oversee beverage operations across bars, concessions, and catering, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining cost controls.

Lead a team of bartenders and servers, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in food service management or beverage management.
• Experience in a large-scale venue or convention center setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily beverage services across various event spaces, including bars and banquet areas.
• Recruit, train, and supervise beverage service staff, including bartenders and servers.
• Monitor and manage beverage costs, including portion control and inventory levels, to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with event planners and other departments to ensure beverage services align with event requirements and client expectations.
