You will lead premium seating, luxury suites, exclusive clubs, VIP guest services, and the team serving premium members and guests. Responsibilities include directing luxury suite operations, developing strategic plans to grow revenue, mentoring managers, and collaborating with culinary and beverage teams to tailor guest experiences for each event.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in food and beverage or hospitality management.
• 2+ years leading premium or luxury services in a stadium, arena, or large-scale event venue.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, service standards and compliance.

The stadium is planned to feature modern technology, an enclosed playing environment, premium seating, luxury suites, club lounges, and enhanced amenities designed to improve the experience for fans and corporate guests.**Job Overview:**The Director of Premium is responsible for leading and delivering an exceptional premium hospitality experience at the new Tennessee Titans Stadium. This leadership position oversees premium seating, luxury suites, exclusive club spaces, VIP guest services, and the employees responsible for serving premium members and guests.**Essential Responsibilities:*** Lead and oversee all aspects of luxury suite operations across the stadium, ensuring consistent delivery of high-end hospitality experiences.* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance suite services, drive revenue growth, and elevate guest satisfaction.* Provide leadership and mentorship to Suites Managers, Club Managers, and all suite staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.* Collaborate with culinary, event, and beverage teams to curate customized menus and experiences tailored to each event and suite clientele.* Oversee staffing strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of suite personnel.**Qualifications/Skills:*** 4–6 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing premium or luxury services in a stadium, arena, or large-scale event venue.* Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization within a premium hospitality setting.* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially during major sporting events or concerts.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.* Strong knowledge of food safety, alcohol service regulations, and compliance standards relevant to stadium environments.**Other Requirements**:* Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.* Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.**Why Join Sodexo Live!?**At Sodexo Live!, we're proud to be experience makers, creating unforgettable moments for people across a wide range of industries and events.
