We're looking for a Director of Preconstruction to lead our preconstruction team and own the pricing and assembly of bids.

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and expand the preconstruction team — including hiring, developing, and mentoring estimators as our pipeline grows
• Own the full preconstruction lifecycle
• Partner with sales throughout pursuit and closing
• Personally price complex jobs end-to-end while managing team workload and bid assignments across a high-volume pipeline
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Develop creative alternates and value-engineering options that win work without giving away margin

What You Bring

• 10+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience high-rise experience required
• Glass or Metal experience preferred.
