• 10+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience with high-rise projects.

• Own the full preconstruction lifecycle
• Partner with sales throughout pursuit and closing
• Personally price complex jobs end-to-end while managing team workload and bid assignments across a high-volume pipeline
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Develop creative alternates and value-engineering options that win work without giving away margin
