Director of Preconstruction - Denver, CO

The Position

• Lead and oversee all precon and estimating efforts
• Pursue and estimate projects across diverse sectors such as high-rise office, hospitality, multifamily, retail, and more
• Collaborate with clients in pursuing new opportunities
• Prepare conceptual budgets for repeat clients.
• Mentor and develop estimating and project management staff
• Manage project cost, supplier negotiations, subcontractor relations, design assist/design-build, and contract/risk management
• Base salary of $250,000+ per year
