  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems, including EHR and reporting tools
Forecasting & Capacity Planning
  • Develop short‑ and long‑term forecasts for volume, staffing, revenue, and service demand
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and scheduling optimization

  • Provide timely analyses to support decision‑making and improve workflows and patient flow
  • Evaluate clinical initiatives and operational changes through data tracking and outcomes analysis
  • Prepare data for internal leadership, board reporting, and external stakeholders
Systems, Tools & Data Infrastructure

  • Ensure reporting solutions are user‑friendly and aligned with stakeholder needs
  • Promote best practices in data governance, privacy, and HIPAA compliance
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Supervise and mentor analytics staff, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture
  • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across departments
  • Support data literacy among non‑technical stakeholders
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development processes
  • Oversee performance management, provide feedback, and promote a positive work environment
