Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Business, or closely related field.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with healthcare data analysis including clinical and operational datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of clinical, operational, and provider productivity dashboards.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as access and utilization.
• Serve as a strategic data partner to clinical and operational leaders.
