Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Director, Power Delivery Solutions for a candidate local to Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Philadelphia, PA, or Atlantic City, NJ. The role leads delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned programs and partners with Section Managers, the PMO, and BD/AM to maximize client outcomes.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in electric utility engineering, strong cross-domain engineering knowledge, and outstanding communication and leadership

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 10+ years in electric utility engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Coordinate with technical teams, review progress, and maximize client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers and PMO to optimize program delivery.
• Develop financial forecasts and collaborate with BD/AM on client management initiatives.
• Support the VP-T&S on special projects.
