Job summary

Parker Health Group is a premier healthcare center in New Jersey delivering aging services across a broad network. We seek a Director of Program Management to establish and lead the PMO, aligning programs with strategic objectives and ensuring standardized processes across the organization.

The role includes coaching project managers, overseeing governance, and driving measurable business value. On-site with travel to Parker locations, with benefits and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred; must be obtained within one year if not held.
• Experience designing a Program Management Office with standardized tools and training.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage and continuously improve the PMO network to align programs with strategy.
• Oversee portfolio governance, resource allocation, reporting standards and performance tracking.
