Job summary

Network Mountain LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks a Director of Program Management to build and lead the PM function for national security and life safety services. You will establish standards, governance, and processes to make complex programs predictable and repeatable, while developing the PM team to raise execution levels.

You will own the PM program across multi-site and national accounts, collaborating with sales, operations, and executives to deliver value and drive renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15+ years of experience in program management or related discipline.
• Proven track record leading large scale national or global programs.
• Experience building or maturing a program management function.
• Experience with governance, reporting, and accountability systems.
• Strong executive presence and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own program management standards for the largest and most complex customer programs.
• Develop a scalable governance model covering escalation, risk, change, reporting, and communication.
• Create cross-site processes applicable to multi site and national accounts.
• Evaluate the program management team, set expectations, and close gaps.
• Coach managers to higher accountability, organization, and customer management.
• Serve as senior contact for customer leadership and advise on strategy and execution.
• Translate objectives into execution plans across multiple workstreams.
• Participate in strategic customer meetings and executive reviews.
• Partner with Sales on major pursuits, renewals, and expansions.
• Present PM capabilities and value to customers.
• Develop metrics and reporting to demonstrate PM value; improve key outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, field teams, and leadership to improve execution.
