Job summary

Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Project Management to lead our heavy civil, electrical infrastructure initiatives. Based in Sarasota, FL with travel across the U.S.

and Puerto Rico, you will own the full project lifecycle and drive performance, safety, and client satisfaction. Travel and leadership excellence are essential for success. You will manage budgets, teams, and schedules, collaborating with estimating and executive leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 15+ years of progressive project and construction management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management function with responsibility for PM performance and development.
• Oversee project lifecycle from planning through closeout and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
