Job summary

Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead complex civil, infrastructure, environmental, and energy initiatives from Sarasota, FL, with travel across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

You will own the PM function, oversee Project Managers, and drive governance, budgets, scopes, and schedules to success. The role requires 15+ years in project management, a Civil Engineering background, and a track record in owner’s representation and cross-functional

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 15+ years of progressive project/construction management experience.
• Experience serving as owner’s representative and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; willing to deploy extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management function and supervise all Project Managers.
• Own full project lifecycle from planning through closeout with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage portfolio governance, controls, and reporting to executives.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk management for programs.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety standards.
