Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil, heavy/highway and infrastructure projects from setup through closeout in Florida.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams on projects typically ranging from $2M to $25M, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering or related field, at least five years as a PM in civil/heavy/highway, knowledge of OSHA, and proficiency with Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, Sage 300,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum five years of project management experience in civil/heavy/highway/infrastructure.
• Familiar with OSHA standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction activities: review plans, specs, permits and estimates.
• Safety: ensure HASP is in place and conduct on-site safety checks.
• Scheduling & project control: create and maintain CPM/Gantt schedules and log progress.
• Project accounting & administration: review invoices, track costs and assist closeout.
