Qualifications

• 4+ years leading and scaling engineering orgs with 20+ engineers.
• Proven ability to set strategy, roadmaps and drive execution.
• Strong technical judgment and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and roadmap for member-facing platforms.
• Lead Engineering Managers and senior ICs to build high-performing teams.
• Partner with Product, Security, and Engineering to align priorities.
• Own vendor strategy and integrations across CRM.
• Establish engineering standards and drive reliability and observability.
