Job summary

Baylor Scott & White - Temple is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to lead maintenance, utilities, and facilities management for the inpatient setting. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure safe, compliant operations and reliable infrastructure.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, knowledge of regulatory standards, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in hospital maintenance and related services.
• Knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA regulations and standards required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all administrative and technical aspects of the department.
• Participate in hospital committees, especially Safety and Infection Control.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Control Program.
• Ensure Environment of Care and OSHA compliance across facilities.
