Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nursing Services Administration professional to plan, steer, and coordinate daily tasks in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes patient-centered operations and policy development.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive Lean initiatives to improve care quality. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• RN licensure (Registered Nurse) is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Plan, steer, and coordinate daily tasks in nursing service administration.
• Create policies and procedures to achieve department priorities.
• Oversee daily business and administrative operations with emphasis on patient-centered care.
• Guide and teach the team; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Apply Lean methods to enhance practice and patient care.
• Plan staffing budget, equipment, and year-end expenses.
• Update staff on patients, especially in critical condition; report staffing events.
• Build relationships with staff, patients' families, doctors, and external groups to improve communication and care.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage equipment/inventory; maintain a reporting database.
