Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is seeking a Plant/Facility Operations Director to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control facilities management activities for hospital structures, HVAC, electrical systems and grounds.

Responsibilities include safety program oversight, budget formulation, regulatory compliance with JCAHO and other agencies, and leadership of engineering and maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; AA or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of hospital management and utility systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control facilities management.
• Administer preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance.
