Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required; BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in the field.
• Strong understanding of medical terms and patient care processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily administrative operations with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Guide and mentor department staff; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Apply Lean methods to improve practice and patient care.
• Plan staffing budgets, equipment, and yearly expenses.
• Report staffing levels and unexpected events; communicate with team and doctors.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage inventory and EMR data.
