Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years business experience (Retail buying, planning, and allocations preferred).
• Candidates with other applicable experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment teams, partnering with eCommerce planning colleagues.
• Establish priorities, own category performance, oversee day-to-day execution across teams with varying levels of expertise.
• Promote innovative problem-solving and support organizational change adoption.
• Partner with merchandising leadership to align inventory and financial strategies across a broad vendor portfolio.
• Prioritize improvements to reporting and planning processes; drive enterprise-wide process and tech improvements to boost sales and inventory productivity.
• Lead pre-season and in-season financial planning with focus on short-cycle decisions in a sports-driven business.
• Deliver assortments, vendor, ladder, and financial plans supporting merchandising priorities.
• Manage open-to-buy and weekly forecasting to maintain fiscal discipline throughout the buying cycle.
• Translate data into timely, actionable recommendations for merchandising and senior leadership.
• Support SKU-reduction and in-stock strategies while aligning inventory and financial plans with growth priorities.
• Maintain inventory by store and channel to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Develop allocation and replenishment strategies reflecting regional, seasonal, and new-store needs.
• Monitor new-store performance and coordinate corrective inventory actions with field and support teams.
• Partner with Buyers, Planners, DCs, and Supply Chain to optimize product flow and rebalance inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity across store segments.
